An angel sprinkles rose petals of peace Christ Church Cathedral is currently showing Faith and Peace, an exhibition exploring the ways in which religious faith can inspire people to live in peace.  Organised in partnership with the Peace Museum, Bradford and the Anglican Pacifist Fellowship, the exhibition presents stories, images and artefacts associated with peace in three faith traditions: Judaism, Christianity & Islam.  It is in the Cathedral’s North Transept until 20th November.

In parallel with the exhibition the Cathedral will host an evening meeting on Sunday 18th November at 7.30pm to celebrate and publicise the work of the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons, recipient of this year’s Nobel Peace Prize. Speakers include Caroline Gilbert of Christian CND and David Cullen of the Nuclear Information Service.  All are welcome.
