There are also a number of health services in Oxford, including the College Doctor, College Nurse and Dentist for students.

The College Doctors

Dr Susanna Jenkin and the other doctors at 27 Beaumont Street Medical Practice are always happy to help and advise on medical matters (including providing official medical certificates when required) and have considerable experience in student health (physical and mental health).

The College Nurse

The College Nurse is available to all members of the college between Monday and Friday, Weeks 0 - 9 (term-time), between 09:30 and 16:30 each day. During the pandemic the Nurse is working remotely so please email in the first instance so that she can advise whether an in-person appointment is necessary. 



Dentist services for students are available through Studental. They offer NHS treatment to Oxford University staff and students. The practice is based within Oxford Brookes Student's Union in the Colonnade Building at Oxford Brookes’ Headington Campus. Telephone: 01865 689997.

Sexual Health

NHS sexual health clinics in Oxfordshire provide information, advice and services such as contraception, emergency contraception, pregnancy support and referrals, STI testing, HIV care, and confidential sexual assualt support services. They also offer sexual health outreach services, in partnership with the Terrence Higgins Trust (THT).
