How do I make an appointment to see the Junior or Senior Censor?

The Junior Censor is available to see Junior Members during set hours in term-time and has an office on the Second Floor of Tom 8. Outside of these times or to make an appointment to see the Junior or Senior Censor, please email censors.office@chch.ox.ac.uk. Please note that the inbox is monitored by the Censors' Office Administrator. If the content of your email is confidential, please email the Junior or Senior Censor directly (junior.censor@chch.ox.ac.uk or senior.censor@chch.ox.ac.uk). The Senior Censor has an office on the First Floor of Tom 8.

Who do I speak to about getting financial assistance?

How do I get permission to hold a party/event in College?

Party applications can, in most cases, be processed by using the online form without the need to see the Junior Censor in person. Forms can be found under 'Notices and Useful Resources'.

Who do I speak to if I have concerns about my work that I cannot discuss with my Tutor?

The Senior Censor oversees academic matters including general concerns about work when it is thought inappropriate to discuss this with a Personal Tutor. To make an appointment to see the Senior Censor, please email censors.office@chch.ox.ac.uk.
